Franco Nero’s love for music, especially Reggae music. His dedication to Ska, and Rocksteady music as lead him to explore other genres and a devotion to the dance floor is the ultimate satisfaction for him when it is packed with people. Nothing excites him more than to see people of all ages dancing to his mixes at parties, or corporate events. As founding owner of Reggae Nostalgia Internet Radio Inc, Dj Franconero has elevated himself has a selector of the Ole school music and today’s dance music.
His love for the music has lead him to a number of events, like Weddings, Birthday parties, Anniversaries, a few Schools senior Ring services, numerous Vendor events at Macy’s stores in Florida, one of Macy’s Department annual Christmas parties and more where the beats and the music enthusiasts vibes lit up the scenes like electricity. Having played a some Macy’s stores, like Aventura Mall, Dadeland and Southland Malls the seasoned DJ, Franconero have understand where his collaborations of various music genre is shared at the events he DJs.
Franconero strong involvement in Reggae music encourages other music genre, because it is a universal language that reaches people of all races. He is passionate about the music, especially when it comes to profanity lyrics. He said. “If children are the future then we should teach the future well. Flavius has been involved in Events creation, planning, management, marketing and implementation since 1967 in Jamaica, Canada, United Kingdom and the wider Caribbean.
His first major event was the 1967 Kingston College Cadet fundraiser for Cadets representing Jamaica overseas in that year.

Flavius started in tourism in 1969 while in High School at Kingston College. (News paper clipping enclosed). The project was endorsed by the Jamaica Tourist Board and the launch was carried by both national newspapers, the Jamaica Gleaner and The Star.
Twenty-Eight (28) years later the article again appeared in the Jamaica Gleaner as an “Interesting Historical Highlight”.
1n 1994 he started his Caribbean tourism involvement as tour organizer and manager of the British Airways/Wray and Nephew sponsored British Domino League tours to the Caribbean.

Flavius W. Laidley is a well trained and practicing Systems Analyst and Information Technology specialist.
He has above average troubleshooting skills and has worked extensively with Internet, Networks and Multi-user systems. He has spent over 35 years designing Systems for large, medium, and small businesses in the areas of Banking, Credit Management, Retail, Accounting, Library, Law, Inventory Control and Management and Corporate Web Presence.
Anya is a graphic designer and theatre practitioner whose work is deeply rooted in Jamaica culture.
Mrs. Yvonne McLean-Roberts is a Chartered Accountant and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Trinidad & Tobago (ICATT) since 2005. She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies (UWI) Mona, Jamaica and holds a B.Sc. in Management Studies.
She has a solid background in External, Internal and Forensic Auditing Techniques and Strategies based on her employment as an Intern at PriceWaterhouseCoopers -Jamaica and her stint there of six (6) years.
This has given her a platform for Monitoring and Evaluation Strategies and a keen eye for Systems Review, both at the Operational, Financial and Policy levels, in Organisations.
She also has significant competence in Project Proposal Preparation for various Project Types and Purposes. She has specific Project Proposal Financing Identification skills as regards the syndication of funding and the
use of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) for “hybrid-type investments”.
Mrs. Mc-Lean-Roberts’ Consultancy Practice in Jamaica and Trinidad & Tobago since 2005, has been involved in providing Financial and Administrative Management Services (FAMS) Support and Back Office Strategic Systems (BOSS) Support to- For Profit Organisations (FPO’s) and to- Non Profit Organisations (NPO’s).
Specific similar assignments have been performed for Organisations based in other Caribbean islands such as St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Grenada, and St. Lucia.
Application of her NPO expertise for Interaction and Intervention includes not only “Charity- type” entities, but extends to NPO’s in general. These are NPO’s which are governed by any other Legislation apart from the Companies Act (s) of the relevant country of residence.
These might include Life Insurance Act, Savings and Loan Associations Act, Credit Union and Cooperative Society Legislation and other types of Oversight Mechanisms extending to Legislation/Regulations which might also originate under United Nations Universal Goals, Charters etc.
Yvonne holds specific experience in the area of Project Start-Ups, as in, from “Year-0 to the end of Year-1” on the Project Preparation Time-line for Planning and Implementation.

Patrice is a solidly credentialed Registered Nurse (RN) with over 15 years’ experience in Jamaica and Canada not only sees nursing as her job, but as her calling. Her Nursing Leadership Acumen and Critical Thinking are decidedly above average and her character is tempered by an even disposition and an affable personality.
Patrice has worked as charge nurse in the English speaking Caribbean 2 larges hospitals.
She has also worked in 2 major hospitals in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Pamela is a singer, songwriter, producer, publisher who has been in the business of music for over forty years.
She started as a vocalist all those years ago and took on additional roles as her experience in the business widened and deepened.
As a solo artiste she has released twelve albums and many singles.
She has also provided background vocals and vocal arrangements for many of her fellow artistes.
Pam has serves as a JACAP as well as a JAMMS Board member and counts this as a part of her contribution to the continued building of Jamaica’s music business.
Areas of great interest for Pam are the environment as well as sports. She is a member of the environmental group, Artistes ForClimate Change Education. Pam has written songs reflecting her interest in both areas.
Cassy is the consultant booking specialist for The Real Stuff Podcast.
Cassy is an agent for many International Jazz and Classical musicians in Europe and the Caribbean.
She is a graduate of the Surrey University in the United Kingdom with a BSc in Psychology and worked as a rehabilitation therapist.
Cassy has a serious interest in Organic Farming which she practices on her farm in Barbados.
